Please help me!

About 2 days ago I could no longer chat in chat rooms. I get to the site, log in, but then the chat window comes up blank. I have spoken to many service agents, and tried many things to no avail. Does anyone know what the problem could be??

I think you are in the wrong group.. but I'll give it a try to help you
anyway. What chat rooms, what site, what application etc? This post
couldn't be more vague and considering its in the wrong group... please
provide some specific details.
