PLEASE HELP ME RESTART MY COMPUTER!

hello, i am pretty sure i have the sasser virus/worm. i just want to restart my computer back to the way it was when i originally bought it with nothing on it except xp and a few programs that came with it. can someone please tell me how i can do this? any help would be greatly appreciated but i dont really know what i am doing so please be specific and detailed. thank you very much. email me at (e-mail address removed)
 
Brian why dont you go to help and support on your system and system restore right backas far as you can. if not get back to me, as far as sasser worm u should search google for sasserfix program, there should be one to download

Please try Last Known Good Configuration first:
Start/Restart your computer and start pushing F8 key twice per second.
Select Last Known Good Configuration on Windows Advanced Options screen, and push Enter.

Use System Restore.

Only as a last resort:

If a viturs/worm, etc. is not completely and correctly removed, doing a system restore will return the system to a previous state, plus the parts of the virus, etc, to your system, so doing a sysytem restore is not really a good idea.
If you are having a difficult time getting rid of the thing, you can perform an in-place upgrade.
