when i try to configure an additional domain conroller it give me this error
The operation failed because: Failed to modify the necessary properties for
the machine account (Machine-Name$)
"Access is denied. "

This is a very well known issue. It is most likely a 'trusted for
delegation' issue. There are two MSKB Articles that cover this.
