Please help Cannot add user

I have 2 computers running win 2000 pro and I can no
longer add a new user to both mach.I had a profile become
corrupted on computer #2 Yes I did try to add a new user
as an administrator. When I try to log on with new user It
just says could not load profile access denied, Please
help, I can't do much on this computer because it is
loading a temp profile and no setting are saved. Have to
reinstall printer every time too. If I reinstall win 2000,
will this help??
I have done a repair and now when I log on a new user I get
"Windows cannot copy file c:\documents and
settings\default user.winnt\application data\to location
C:\Documents on settings\user name\application data\
Contact your administrator." So I tried adding a new user
on Computer #1 and "windows cannot load prfile. Contact
your administrator." Is this something to do with the
service patchs??? I can't keep useing a temp profile
can't get to the cantact lists and e-mail HELP

did u try deleting profile folder from "documents and settings" folder?

Not sure how that will help I cannot add a new user!!! If
I delete the corrupt user profile I will have to let the
user on to as administrator ( the only profiles left)
