Please go to the Control Panel and configure the system component

We got a situation. There are a number of PCs which connect to a PC server.
The PC server has several shared drives. On one PC, we mapped to the PC
server share called file server. hen, we clicked on the share. A message
"Please go to the Control Panel and configure the system component" was
displayed. We checked both serer and client without any autoruninf file.
The share drive can only be assessed by right-clicking the shared drive and
choose open.

The same situation happened to other client machines.

Please advise. Thank you.

To test what is happening, change the name of %windir%/system32.setup.exe to
something else. (setup2.exe) and try the share. The client is calling some
setup.exe and not finding it, then defaulting to the one in the path. Doing
this may cause you to see a error dialog with the path to the setup.exe file.
This may tell you what is going on. Later, you can rename setup2 back to setup
