I made some changes ... (somewhere --- I dont remember where I did it it...)
I thought maybe somewhere in control panel - But I cannot find where it is
know- And I tried a Restore - and IT hasnt changed the settings back now...

But anyway, I made a change that users cannot (for example) make changes on
the "task bar" and the "screen saver" and some other items..... I always work
in adminstrator, because I am the only one on the computer.

Back to my question
I want to change whatever it is I did---
Does anyone know what I did????? I'd be so very grateful!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you used local Group Policy via gpedit.msc if the computers are XP
Pro. If so you can run rsop.msc on them to see if any local Group Policy
settings were enabled and then use gpedit.msc to undo the restrictions.
