Playing videos

Whenever I try to play a video (whether from my digital camera, an on-line
link, or a open a clip that has been emailed), the video does play- I only
see a black screen- but I can hear the sound from the video. I have this
problem on all video software on my computer- Media Player, Real Player, etc.

Any suggestions????

May need a codec, use the tool at the above site to determine if you do..
