Playback problem on burned audio CD using WMP

Having problems playing back audio CDs compiled and burned
using Windows Media Player 9 for XP.

What I have basically done is copied a couple of Audio CDs
locally to my Media Library, rearranged the songs and
selected only the ones I wanted in a new Playlist. Then
seleted these songs and burned them on a blank CD-R for
playback on my car and home stereo. The burned audio-cd
plays on my home stereo, but will not play at all on
either of my car stereos.

I have done the same process using an iBook from Apple
using a CD-R from the same 50-pack blank CD-Rs and it
plays on all CD players.

Any clues as to why this is happening, apparently
something different on the way these 2 Softwares burn
audio CDs??

My guess is your car stereo is a little old and can't
read the CD-R. I can't play burned CD's in my car either.

That was my first thought, but after being able to play it
after burning it using Mcintosh's burning SW, that blew
away my theory. Remember that both CD-Rs (the one that
won't play on my car stereo burned using WMP and the one
that plays in my car stereo burned with Apple's burning
SW) are from the same brand - exactly the same.
