Play All/Play Selection function don't work in My Music Folder

Hello,

Basically, Play All/Play Selection function don't work in My Music Folder.
When I click on it with the selected folders or all of them, it shows the
hourglass for 1 second and then stops. Nothing opens. Stays the same. I have
to manually open WMP11 and add it to play.

Also, when i right click some of the folders in my music folder, the Add to
Window Media Player list and Play with Window Media Player option don't
appear. Why is that?
Is there a fix for it?

Cheers
Simon

Take a look at this article by Ramesh Srinivasan MVP:

"Play All" link in the Common Tasks does not work
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/playall.htm
Also, when i right click some of the folders in my music folder, the Add

Those context menu entries are implemented by DLL Wmpshell.dll, please
re-register it:

Open Start, Run, type "regsvr32 wmpshell.dll" and click OK.

Did you use ShellExView to selectively disable third party context menu
handlers which might be causing your problem?
