Plan3d.exe

I'm working on a notebook with Windows Vista. I have the latest video card
- ATI Radeon Xpress and the latest Windows update for AMD Graphics Security
Patch. Each time I attempt to add something to a floorplan the system
crashes with the following message:

"Plan3d.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop
working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a
solution is available."

Each time I haven't recieved a solution message from Windows. Has anyone
experienced a similar problem and does anyone know of a solution? Thnx!

Hi Richard, yes I have written to the company and I am waiting for a response.

Have you checked with the company that wrote the software in question to see
if they have a patch or update for Vista?
