Microsoft Windows Error Message

I have been getting the following error message the past few days each time I
start Windows

Stub has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available.

What does this mean and what is the fix for me.

I fixed. I restored my system to the way it came out of the box.
