plain text; want html/rich text to reac

for some reason most emails I get now are in 'plain text' but I really want
to get back to reading in html;

had to restore defaults in outlook and now stuck with this plain text stuff.

Tools, options, Security, Change Auto. download settings, uncheck "don't
download...."
