Plain text replys are blank

Ok, I have a user who receives plain text emails. When he hits reply, the
email comes up blank. The text is there, if you select all and change the
color, you can see it.

A. is this a problem?

B. How could i fix it? Even if i can someone set the default color of the
text from white to balck for plain text?

Im sure this was seen by somoene before.

Version of Outlook? Word as the editor?
 
Outlook 2003 sp3.

So i resolved it.

I went into the message, Tools\options\general\email options.

In there you can play with the reply fonts and crap. Anyways his was exactly
to mine..automatic and all that jazz...had him change it to pink..tried it,
works..then had him go back to automatic and works again...bug bug.
