Pixel size far to big

I am having problems with my screen area size. Sometimes
when I start up my computer, the pixel size is at its
highest setting automatically. Now when I load a computer
game (flight simulator) the game pixel size is so big it
wont fit on my screen. I have tried to adjust the pixel
size under properties, but this doesnt help the game any.
What is wrong with my computer?

It sounds like you need to reinstall your video card drivers. Get the
drivers from the card mftr.'s website, not Windows Update.
