Pivot Tables.

On the row section of the layout I dragged month on the top followed by ID
number and on the data section I dragged the tracking numbers formated to
sum. Every ID number can have from 1 to 10 diferent tracking numbers, so I
used a pivot table to have the grand total of tracking numbers per month per
ID number.

I also want to count the number of ID numbers I have per month on the same
pivot table, is this possible??

Hi

Drag Tracking numbers to the Data area a second time and set it to Count.
Drag the Data button on the PT and drop it on Total so you get the Sum and
Count side by side instead of under each other.
