pivot table calculated field

I have a pivot table that shows a Count of a metric, as well as a Sum
of another metric. I am trying to create a third report field in the
pivot table that shows the Sum divided by the Count. Can this be
accomplished via the Calculated field Option.

Here is what the Pivot table looks like:


Count of Name Sum of Spend
Sum of Spend divided by Count of Name
Group A 5
10 X
Group B 6 30
Group C 7 49

So for example, I am trying to create a calculated field that produces
the number 2 (i.e., 10/5) where the X is located.

I have noticed that the above view pushes the numbers around to make
it hard to read. So let me clarify: In essence, i am trying to create
a pivot table that has three metrics: (1) Count of X in Column 1, (2)
The Sum of Y in Column 2, and the calculated field i am trying to
create is the (3) Sum of Y divided by the Count of X. Thanks for any
suggestions.
