pivot table wil comments in cells

When I do a pivot table and I have long comments in a cell, the pivot table
only allows 22 characters. How can I get call the comments in the cell to
populate in the pivot?
 
This appears to be an Excel question. Perhaps asking this in an Excel
newsgroup will get you an answer.
