Pivot Table Page Field Issue (Not sorting)

I have a pivot table that has had more data added to it. The page fields
are no longer sorted (since the addition). I'm using Excel 2007. How can
this be fixed? If it requires code, just send me in the right direction.

I don't have 2007 but in 2003 just remove the field from your pivot table.
Refresh the table and then put the field back...

Hi Barb

Click on the relevant field>drag to Row area>Options>Sort>A-Z>OK>drag back
to Page area.
The Sort order will get remembered, and new data will sort alphabetically
within the dropdown list.
