Pirated Vista RTM available for download ?

This is the fist step for what Bill G has in store for us in the next
version of windows,
Vienna (code name).
When you buy the package, a nanoprobe will be injected into your bloodstream
and record all your brain waves.
If a thought of pirating windows flashes... then that signal is transmitted
from the nanoprobe to a satellite with a 100 kw laser. The laser then is
fired leaving dust where you once stood.

This will be a big step forward to fighting piracy.... criminals must pay..

why?

because I say what things are really like when it comes to folks that try to
hack spp ?
Do you think Ms isn't aware of that ?
For admitting that i run a build that I have probably gotten from a
torrent-page ?

MS is knowing that 5840 has leaked to thousands of users and who cares, its
timebombed to 30 days anyway without the key that noone has, so it's a Demo
if any.

In my country it is free to say what one thinks. In yours not ?

I am clearin things up, you only make trouble. No good sports.

Have you really read my posting complete ore are you just bored ?

I agree people should be allowed say what they think

I'm definately not a hacker or software pirate and I own all my software

However that does not change the fact that there are some very smart people
out there that will probably crack Vista even before it hits the stores for
retail

there are already guides on the internet that describe the working of SPP
and WGA in detail and I've also already seen some posts on certain forums
that relate to files that can be patched.

I realise that these people may not have a workaround for SPP and WGA yet
but it will definately not be long.

and I do applaud MSFT for fighting piracy and I feel it's definately their
right to do so but they have no right to even try to control the internet.
I'm always reading forums I find them interesting but far too often do I see
posts getting deleted by moderaters or webmasters, when people post
technical details about software which may lead to that software being
cracked. And that isn't right people should be allowed to post whatever they
like on forums, copyright protection isn't a matter of national security and
it shouldn't be treated as if it is.

just my 2 cents worth

Two files from RC2 copied into 5840 let you activate it with your rc2 key.
Have seen proof of it.

Will

Very true I could name them, but it would probably get me into trouble some
people here love reporting things to MSFT just FYI

?

???

the site had been reported since 2001 but it is still there.
you just can't beat a country that everybody there is using pirated
Microsoft software...

?

???

yes, the moderator and editor have already made follow up to the thread,
indicating that this is NOT a Vista RTM.
if the link is indeed a Vista RTM, the moderator will highlight it and place
on top and forward to other Chinese website nationwide.

Let's all hear it for freedom of speech!
I'm definately not a hacker or software pirate and I own all my software

Isn't that an oxymoron to say you own all of your software? Chances are
you have software that is "licensed, not sold".

<snip>

W

Will

That's true but either way you either own the software or the licence the
end result is that it is legitimate.

In the case of pirated software neither the software nor the licence is
owned

And because the internet is global it's hard to say which Laws apply to
which people for Example if software is produced in America and the Legal
terms of the licence are based on American Law then for American citizens
it's all very straight foward However if a copyright infringment takes place
outside the borders of America then it's all subject to the laws of the
country in question and if copyright infringment isn't a criminal offence in
that country then there's not a lot that can be done to enforce American
laws in foriegn countries

SPP will bite the dust as the litigation becomes prolific in federal
district court again MSFT and SPP and it gets certified a class. And to
those of you who keep saying "ya gotta sign the EULA lol there were EULAS
around when the EU kicked MSFT's bootie and there were EULAs around in XP
when MSFT was dragged into court in the D.C. Circuit and forced to sign a
consent agreement.

MSFT cannot make SPP or WGA that works correctly--it's Redmond, Windows, and
MSFT and it's erratic.

Read Ed Bott's blogs on all the WGA screwups.

MSFT is setting a record for arrogant and stupid litigation misteps in the
EU that is going to cost them over a billion--they sure know how to
hemorrhage money via bad litigation.

I'm not advocating "piracy" and never have but anyone who thinks SPP can't
be hacked is naive enough to buy Everglades swampland at midtown Manhatten
prices.

Nearly every college student in the United States steals music and movies
and 90% of them buy crap papers from sites and plaguerize them. 37,000
people in the US have had their butts hauled into one of 93 federal district
courts and ordered to sign a consent order to pay the RIAA $3500
bucks--enough to buy Vista and Office 2007 and still have valet parking
money--or risk going to prison for contempt.

A lot of the top universities in the US have caught hundrds of students in
all class levels plaguerizing papers and do everything they can to block it
from the media and little to deter it.

At one leading university I know about well, over 100 students were caught
buying papers and they did everything they could to keep it out of the
media. The content of the papers was pathetic which makes them even more
stupid for thinking anyone wouldn't pick up on it.

It doesn't say much about the writing skills or judgement that's a product
of the U educational system.

Sascha keep posting--

1) You expressed yourself well and made some good points. MSFT views Betas
as sales tools and they could care less about leaked torrents. All that
hype on the TBT from the house mommy "don't say this and don't say that
y'all" groups is meant to make them feel exclusive and build interest.
Their stupid policy to put Beta chats on MSDN blogs instead of to showcase
them on their major groups is more of that.

Some of the questions on the TBT groups have been right in the arena of
"where's the start button" meaning you don't have to know jack to be a Beta
tester lol for MSFT.

2) In the US most of the rights they have have been stripped by a psychotic
delusional power hungry unilaterally operating moron whose people in
Congress have been fired enough toinight to change the power equation
dramatically. The MO of this moron has been death to thousands as long as
his family is not at risk in the dumbest invasion in the history of the
country that has killed nearly 700,000 Iraquis, an average now of 776
military personnel a month, crippled 31,000 people with injuries like
amputation, blindness, severe brain injury and paralysis and killed nearly
300,000 American soldiers and hundreds from other countrys with no solution
to the chaos in sight with no
Congressinal oversight.

The answer to your question is of course there free speech is being
foreclosed in the US. People are arrested at Bush rallys for Tshit slogans.

An attorney was slammed into a plate glass window by the losing candidate in
Virginia's people (George Allen) the other day for asking a question.
