Pinning a CASCADING FOLDER to Start Menu

I know how to pin programs/folders to the XP Start Menu. However, I do not
know how to get one to cascade directly off of the Start Menu as I can in
the Win98 version. No, not interested in system folders cascading- I know
they can.

I'm referring to a folder of my choosing with shortcuts in it. I like to
make an "MP3" folder (for example) and put shortcuts to all the apps I use
to rip/burn/find/etc my music.

Is there a way to do this in XP? If not, are there any registry hacks or
shareware programs that can do the trick? Finally decided to try the new
style menus in XP but can't deal with non-cascading folders of my choosing.

TIA

The pin area does not cascade. The "All Programs" section does cascade,
which is how you did it in Windows 98.
