Hi Frank,

Just this last couple of days, I am seeing a strange behavior on your
postings to this ng. They are received ok and are readable as usual,
however, each one of them appear in the listing as having been read
when they haven't! (They are not emboldened). Vista business and
Windows Mail with 'Hide read messages' selected. This does not
hide the unread message. Yours are the only posts affected by this!

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Sounds like you have a Message Rule marking my messages as read.

Graham

Also did you check if those postings were crossposted? If they were then it could have been read and answered in another newsgroup and hence it would show up as already read.

Peter,

Yes, I did check and they were only posted to this group.

Thanks, Frank, that was it. I had a rule set to get rid of some nuisances
and it had caught your posts. However, as mentioned, it only happened
this last few days whereas the rule was in place since December.

Thanks.

I seem to remember that name?

"Graham W"

From the extinct Freeserve news groups.

Right or wrong?
