PIF files not recogized on PC

I have one PC on a network that does not recognize a PIF
file. Other PCs (both Win2k and 98)can see the properties
of the PIF file, but one Win2k PC does not. How can I get
the Win2k PC to treat the PIF file properly?
 
Don't unzip and double-click the contents of the attached zip. You can but try to verify what you have in the registry for HKCR\.pif and
HKCR\piffile
