Any photos I put into My Pictures folder also ends up in
the desktop background list. How can I avoid this and how
can I delete pictures from the back ground list?

===================================
By design, all images in your My Pictures folder
will be available in the Desktop Background list.
If you wish to remove your images from this list
all you have to do is move the images to a different
folder.

I have noticed that if I exceed 100 images in My
Pictures the files no longer show in the Background
list. There may be a way to edit this number but I
don't know how.
