Pictures won't transfer to album

Please help.
I can get my photos from the camera to the download page but when I
press save all they all dissapear I have mad a new folder to put
these pictures in but they just don't get there I hope someone can
help me Please Netty46

I'm not certain what you are calling
the download page but on that page...
can you go to...Edit / Select all...
Edit / Copy? Then right click your
new folder and choose Paste from
the menu?

Hopefully this will copy all the pictures
into your new folder.

If I'm off base...please post some more
details of how you are trying to download
the pictures.
