Pictures wont load in Internet explorer

Ive made sure show pictures is turned on in the advanced
tab already. Still cant figure it out. It will load a
picture every once awhile but not very often. It does
not give the red x just says loading at the bottom and
then never does. Happens on every web page. Please Help!

Try cleaning your Internet Temporary Files Folder.
Click on Tools on the top bar. Click on Internet Options and then Delete
Files under the General Tab.
If this works, you can automate this. Click on the Advanced Tab and scroll
down to Security and check the box "Delete.....when closing browser".
