I need to know about this also, can I stand in line to hear the answers.
I have just got a DVD player and it won't of course play my pictures as
just jpegs so I am all ears.........

My Nero CD & DVD burning program can do this. It can put the pictures on
both, DVD's and CD's for viewing on DVD players. The only problem is that it
is limited to 100 pictures.

Depends what features your DVD player has. If it has PictureCD, it
will surely directly display folders of JPEG images.
Otherwise you need to convert to MPEG stills.

thanks for the response, gary. I'm assuming my dvd
player doesn't have picturecd because when i drop the dvd
into the player it tries to load for several seconds then
asks me to install a dvd -- so it's obviously not
recognizing anything on the disk. how do i convert to
mpeg? the only picture management software i have came
with the computer and 'mpg' doesn't seem to be available
for a 'save as' file extension.
