Pictures in e-mail

do not forward if they are on the message and not an
attach.. This is also recent as my earlier post re:IE
won't respond to close. Any suggestions? TIA

Tools | Options | Send
Make sure "Reply to messages in the format in which they were sent" is
checked.
In the Mail Sending Format section near the bottom click HTML Settings and
make sure "Send pictures with messages" is checked.
