Picture Viewer

After installing service pack 2, the picture viewer now
uses quicktime for viewing scanned items & faxes. I have
changed the file, and I still can't see the scanned items
properly.

Is there anything else I can try.

In most cases, the file association for .TIF files to use the Picture and
Fax viewer should read:

"rundll32.exe <drive>:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1"
