picture uploading

I have two folders that contain pictures. When I upload File#1, I always see
the pics in thumbnail view. Folder #2 always shows detail and I need to
change the view to thumbnails to see pics. Is there a way to set the default
to show "Thumbnails" on all Pic files, all the time.

(e-mail address removed) Any info is appreciated

Right click blank in Folder,
Choose "Cutomize this folder",
Select "Pictures" (2nd option) from the list,
Now it will open in thumbnail always.
