missing text

When I open MY Pictures folder in thumbnail view there is no text under the
folders or pics to describe what folder or pics they are. Everything shows
up fine in other 'view' modes

Everything shows up fine in other 'view' modes

When switching to Thumbnails view hold Shift key then text will appear.

Example :
In view or other view, right click > View > Press shift and click Thumbnail
