Picture & Fax Viewer vs Internet Explorer

My Microtek ScanWizard used to open scans in the Picture
and Fax Viewer. Now, after an upgrade to IExplorer they
open in IE.
I can't find the location/command/etc. to use to set
a "custom" selection in the Microtek Scanwizard. It
appears the command to open TIF using the P&F Viewer is:
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32
\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1
But I can't get that to work.....
Any thoughts?
I really need the minimal editing to rotate scans easily
without loading up another program.
