Launching "Picture and Fax Viewer"

I am told that the following command in Start > Run will launch my XP
Pro's "Picture and Fax Viewer" but when I try it nothing happens.

rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen

I have checked that I have shimgvw.dll in C:\WINDOWS\System32\.
What else do I need to do?

There isn't a Windows Picture and Fax Viewer executable...

The input buffer has the pointer in the variable %1
