Picture Downloading

I tried to download a picture attachment from a Yahoo e-
mail message. After the downloading, Window Picture and
Fax Viewer showed up and said no preview available (no
picture shown either). This has happened many times!
What was the problem?

Have you tried downloading the image to a location then right click the
image icon, then choose open with > select another appropriate program such
Microsoft Paint or image program available and choose the tick on the
dialogue to make that program the default.
