Picture download format

When using Internet Explorer for some reason I cannot save
an image in the jpeg format. Only the bitmap format seems
to be available. What do I do to enable saving images in
jpeg format? I can do it with Netscape but not with
Internet Explorer. Thanks.

The usual fix is to clear your cache.
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Delete Files (in the TIF section)

That seems to work about 98% of the time but if it doesn't, close IE
and reopen and do it again. Also it has been reported that clear
cookies helps, but ensure you save any that you need.
