picture and fax viewer

I am trying to edit some tiff files on xp - pro, however
it will only bring up the "preview" version of the
software, I am used to using the full version with the
full edit options in it like the kodak/wangimaging
software from windows 95/98.
all i need to do is trim off unsightly black borders,
like i could before the upgrade!
help please!!!

Install the free Irfanview from http://www.irfanview.com
