Tiff Viewers

Version 98 used Kodak imaging for viewing tiff documents, which allowed you to delete individual pages. The new standard viewer "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer", does not seem to allow deletion of an individual page, only the whole document. I need a tiff viewer that will allow me to delete individual pages and save the tiff as a new document. Any ideas?
