Picture and Fax viewer problems

I can no longer preview my photos - picture and fax viewer no longer works.
Any ideas please?

From Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel, on the left hand side
should be a selection for Add/Remove Windows Components. By removing and
then re-adding the viewer, you should be able to re-add it and it will work.
