Pic Viewer Screen Freezes up

Whenever I open a picture in the Windows Picture & Fax
Viewer when I go to close it the whole screen freezes and
I have to shut down & reboot. I do not get any error
message but just complete screen freeze...Any ideas???

Could be your video driver. Go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for a
newer driver.
