when i save a piture it only gives me option of saving to art or bitmap and then when i go to view the picture it says no preview available. anything i can do to change this?

You need to clean out your "Temporary Internet Files" folder.
Comtrol Panel, Internet Options, then click the "Delete Files" button, and
also check the box in the next applet that pops up, and click OK. This
should help you.
