photos poor and fuzzy

I had a crash and when the computer was fixed and sent back many of the
photos I view are now fuzzy. Any ideas or suggestions?

Increase the screen resolution and the amount of colors:

Right-click the Desktop, click Properties, Settings tab, slide the
screen resolution to the right; that will make items appear smaller,
btw. Then change the color quality to 16 bit or higher. If it's
currently set at 16 colors, or 256 and it can't be increased, you need
to reinstall the graphics drivers for your card.
