Drunk printer

Hi,
I was priting a color picture when the priting became fuzzy.

I tried to print a test page and this is the result :

I've tried to align the printing head, but even the tst print is fuzzy.

Is ir repariable or not?

BTW, it's an Epson Photo EX.

Because I hate living in a middle of a giant garbage can that the earth
will be if we continue throwing things instead of repairing them.

BTW Which printers could replace my Photo EX?
