Photos converted to .tif appear blue in Windows Picture and Fax Vi

After converting color .jpg or .bmp photos to .tif in Photoshop they appear
predominately blue when opened in the Windows Viewer. How can I get Windows
Viewer to display them accurately?

While in Photoshop, try changing the Mode to RGB before saving to jpg and
see if that helps.

I can't remember exactly, but I think it is Image -> Mode -> RGB.

Mark, thanks for responding. .jpg photos look ok in viewer but my problem is
viewing .tif files. I need to convert to .tif for publications and when I
open them im viewer, which is my default, they look blue. Any other
suggestions?
