Having the same problem. I was told to change my settings to 800 x 600.
However, I warn you that when you do that you get another problem being that
your icons and fonts and generally the entire screen gets very large on you.

Hi there Spiderman,
Actually, I was told to go back to my desktop, then right-click, then
click on properties, then click on settings. Then, I was told to make to
color to 16 bit and 800 x 600. It was at that time when my icon, fonts and
screnn on the whole when very large on me. There is a way to fix that also,
but I haven't had the patience to talk to India. And, they usually don't
find the answer before I do. Hence, in the meantime, I've stayed where I am
and the pictures since to print out alright even though they look completely
distorted on my monitor.
On another note, have you tried going to Cnet? They have a function
similar to this or sometimes you luck out and might get real professional
help from them.
Then again, have you tried your photo software company. I know that
"Simple Star" cannot work with SP-2. To be honest, a lot of things haven't
been so great when you do the extra things since SP-2. As long as you do the
usual such as Word and E-mail-you're fine, but take it a step further and
bang.
I'm sorry I haven't been too much help to you, but I haven't been on the
computer lately for any length of time and ready to shut down now, but I'll
try to come back tomorrow and see if I've learned anything by then.
Actually, there is a guy who is a tech. at Hp, but he has Wed. and Thurs.
off. I think I'll try him on Friday or Saturday and pick his brain. If I
get anywhere I'll get back to you.
Best Regards and Best of Luck - Keep working on it!!!

Lee,
What format are the pictures in, do you know?
If not hover the mouse over a pic and it should come up or right click on
the pic and choose properties. May be it's a file type not supported by the
wizard. I've never tried printing form there and just did it and I had
several pictures I could choose and some that I couldn't.
Do you have any other photo editing software? If not, have you tried using
Paint.
Start > All Programmes > Accessories > Paint.
The chose file > Open and navigate to the picture you want and open it. Can
you print it from here? You will have to do them one at a time, but you can
also do some simple editing with them as well.
