Photo problem

Whenever, I double-click on a photo on my desktop,
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer puts up with the
message "No Preview Available". Then i have to right-
click it and open with: "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".
I shouldn't have to do that, right?
And I have already set Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as
the program to open Photo files. . .. Whats wrong, Help
please.

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
