photo folder

when i store i photo in my folder"my pictures", the windows xp cant see it as a bitmap or jpg.
who can i solve that problem?
 
Unsure what you mean by "Can't see it", do you mean you can't open them or
that it won't do thumbnail view etc?
 
my pc tell me that the windows cant open the file (photo) i want because they dont know who it created and suggest me to find the way that it created automatically by the windows or manual from a list of programmes
 
i store a photo to the folder "my photos" and then if i try to open the folder my pc delay to open it.then when i manage to open the folder i open the photo manual from a list of programmes and i cant use it as a wallpaper.
