Photo & Fax Viewer

Hi,
Photo & Fax Viewer crashes when I try to rotate a jpeg
piccy. The problem is referred to in Microsoft KB article
815240.
Microsoft won't supply the patch because they say that my
copy of XP is OEM, and Dell, the supplier want to charge
me £20 just to make a phone call to their "Advanced
Support" dept., because their ordinary tect support can't
deal with the issue.

Does anyone have a copy of the new "gdiplus.dll" file, to
solve my woes?

It's certainly the last time I purchase a Dell machine,
their tech suppport is as good as useless.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Helper,

I wasn't being insulting, just making a statement I
believe to be true.

Thank you for your suggestion of the URL for Dell, but
it's not working (Page cannot be found). I'll try again
tomorrow morning (it's late here in the UK).

Some kind soul sent me a new GdiPlus.dll, but it's the
same version I've already got installed unfortunately.

Maybe tomorrow will hold the answer.
