A want to change my default photo editor from Adobe Photo
Deluxe to Adobe Photoshop. My engineer changed some
settings (I'm not sure which), so that now when I get an
image file, it launches Photoshop, but doesn't open the
jpg. How do I get this to work automatically whenever I
open an image file?

Start> Settings> Control Panel> Folder Options> File Type> scroll to and click
..jpg >click change...> click PhotoShop >OK out
