Does anyone know of a freeware application that will allow thumbnails
of photos to edited together onto one photo, like a collarge?

Does anyone know of a freeware application that will allow thumbnails

I think any photo editor will allow thumb-nail sized photos to be copied and
pasted on to the main page to make a collage, if that's what you need.
