I have been asked to create a photo directory at our church. I want to use
Access, but don't know if I can associate a file with a data file.

First of all, can I?

You can, but if all you want to do is create a photo directory, I think
Access may not be the right tool. There are some very nice inexpensive or
free photo directory programs available.

Access does not handle photo files very well and it is usually preferred
save a reference to the file.
