capabilities. Adobe Photo Delux, PhotoMax Pro or Photo
Studio are some programs. You can download IrfanView
v3.8 from PcWorld for FREE. It will open any graphic or
photo format and convert also.

Right click on the bmp photo and click on Open with on the opening menu. A
list will open. Click on Paint.
The photo will open in Paint. Click on File on the top bar and then on Save
as. For file type, select jpg. A new file is added to your folder, same
filename but with the extension .jpg
